STX Films: The InkHole Speakeasy

Agency: Giant Spoon

Junior Producer

Giant Spoon created a felt-lined pop-up tattoo parlor and speakeasy called ‘The Inkhole’ in the heart of Los Angeles.

The 21-and-older only club was a raucous and raunchy experience where guests could get a temporary tattoo, grab a drink, converse with Jim Henson’s puppets, take in a comedy club, casino and a peep show featuring pole dancing puppets and real burlesque dancers.

I was in charge of working directly with our actor/immersive team, Mycotoo, to create a client approved "around-the-corner" narrative and high level guest experience. Also in charge of all guest list selection, implementation and management. On day-of-show, I was in charge of guest flow and keeping the venue at capacity, among other producer duties.
